SRXPO is a trading division of Staunton Rook Limited. We are the data controller for personal data collected via this website and in the course of our services.

We collect only what we need to run our business, including:

• Contact details you give us (name, company, email, phone).
• Project information you share when requesting a quote.
• Website usage data (pages viewed, referrer) via cookies - see our Cookie Policy.

To respond to enquiries, deliver contracted services, manage projects, comply with legal obligations, and - with your consent - send occasional marketing about relevant work.

We rely on contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation and, where required, consent (Article 6 UK GDPR).

We share data only with vetted suppliers (hosting, email, project tooling) under written agreements, or where required by law. We do not sell your data.

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months, and project records for up to 7 years to meet accounting and legal obligations.

You can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to processing. Submit a request via our Privacy Portal or by emailing privacy@srxpo.co.uk.
