SRXPO is a trading division of Staunton Rook Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (registered office: Staunton House, 5 Chantry Court, Sovereign Way, Chester, CH1 4QN, United Kingdom). References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Staunton Rook Limited trading as SRXPO.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it by knowingly introducing viruses, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using it in a way that could damage or impair its availability.

Quotations issued by SRXPO are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A binding contract only forms once a written scope of work is signed by both parties. All work is then governed by our standard supply terms provided with the scope.

The website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
