Energy & Utilities

Serious infrastructure. Credible, senior, quiet design.

Exhibition stands for the energy, utilities and renewables sector - grid-scale renewables, nuclear supply chain, water, hydrogen and oil and gas - designed for long-cycle relationships, not badge-scanning.

Energy is a sector where credibility is everything and gimmicks actively cost you deals. Our stands here are grown-up, quiet, and packed with substance.

Energy shows are relationship shows. Deals are measured in years, contracts are measured in tens of millions, and the audience is largely known to you before the show opens. What matters is that when your framework buyer or supply-chain lead comes to the stand, everything they need to have a productive hour is right there.

That means senior meeting hospitality, credible material choices (concrete, brushed metal, timber - not vinyl and gloss), and accreditation walls that read as substance not decoration. Framework listings - Fit-for-Nuclear, RISQS, Achilles UVDB, JOSCP, CCS - need to be visible, current and correctly presented.

For pre-CAT/CAT2 sensitive nuclear supply-chain events, security-cleared crew and controlled promotional material are baked in from day one.

Audience profile

Who you're meeting  on-stand.

  • Framework buyers and supply-chain leads at Tier-1 OEMs and utilities
  • Regulator representatives (Ofgem, ONR, EA)
  • Government supply-chain teams (DESNZ, GBN)
  • Project directors on major infrastructure programmes

Typical objectives

What a good show  looks like.

  • Framework and pre-qualification visibility (F4N, RISQS, JOSCP)
  • Executive meeting programme with named accounts
  • MOU and heads-of-terms signing moments
  • Programme-scale credibility building

FAQs

Frequently asked.

Sector-specific questions exhibitors ask us - from compliance and live demos to lead times, costs and reuse across shows.

Can you accommodate SC/DV-cleared crew for nuclear-adjacent shows?

Yes - cleared crew is available on request and we routinely work on pre-CAT/CAT2 sensitive programmes.

How do you handle framework accreditation displays?

We treat framework and supply-chain accreditations as first-class content - designed into the stand, not stuck on afterwards.

How much does an exhibition stand cost for this sector?

Sector-specific stand costs vary with floor area, complexity and show location, but most UK sector stands range from £10,000 for a compact modular build to £150,000+ for a large bespoke presence. We quote fixed costs against your brief before any design work begins.

How far ahead should we plan a sector-specific exhibition stand?

We recommend 4–6 months for a custom build and 8–12 weeks for modular or reconfigured stands. Earlier planning secures better freight rates, avoids rush fees and lets us tailor compliance, demos and hospitality to your sector's expectations.

Do you understand the compliance requirements for regulated sectors?

Yes - we design for ABPI, EFPIA, healthcare, nuclear, utilities and financial services conventions every day. Compliance, security clearance, accreditation display and EHO requirements are designed in from the first concept review.

Can you handle live demonstrations, vehicles or machinery on-stand?

Yes. We plan floor-loading, power, water, dust extraction, guarding, rigging and safe-working procedures at CAD stage. Live demos, vehicle reveals and machinery operation are routine across engineering, automotive, energy and manufacturing shows.

Do you deliver stands for international shows in this sector?

Yes. We regularly deliver into Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, the UAE and the US. Local hall rules, customs, freight and on-site contractors are coordinated end to end for every sector we serve.

Can the stand be reused across multiple sector shows?

Yes - modularity is the default. Reconfigurable frameworks, swappable graphics and palletised storage mean your stand adapts from a 36m² regional show to a 72m² flagship without a full rebuild, reducing cost-per-show after your second event.

What our clients say.

The stand was the best-looking one in the hall and it drew the exact audience we needed. The SRXPO team ran the whole build without us lifting a finger.

Five shows in four countries in one season. Every stand landed on time, on brand and on budget. That kind of reliability is rare.

From the first concept sketch to breakdown at 10pm on the last day, they were the calmest people in the building. Stress-free is not a word I use lightly.
