Project Management
One project manager, one phone number, brief to teardown.
Exhibition stand project management from a single named project manager - briefing, budgets, timelines, contractors, venue liaison and on-site delivery. One phone number, one email, no chasing five suppliers.
Exhibitions have moving parts most brands only notice when something goes wrong. Our project managers have been to more shows than most stand designers have designed - they know every venue's rules, every deadline that matters, and every question to ask up front.
The most common failure mode on a stand project isn't design or manufacture - it's coordination. A missed rigging call-off, a late health & safety submission, a freight slot that clashes with the neighbouring stand's build, a graphic artwork approval sitting in the wrong inbox for two days. Any one of those turns a good project into a stressful one.
Our project managers own your project end-to-end. One person, on your account from first meeting to final crate leaving the hall. They speak venue, they speak crew, they speak marketing, they speak procurement - and they translate between all four so your team doesn't have to.
You get weekly written progress reports, a live budget tracker with every commitment logged as it's made, and a single risk register that flags anything that needs your input before it becomes urgent. And they're on-site through build-up, show open and breakdown - not sitting in an office 200 miles away.

FAQs
Frequently asked.
Everything exhibitors ask us before signing off a stand, costs, lead times, reuse, overseas shows and the sustainability question.
Do you attend the show?
Yes - your named project manager is on-site through build-up, show open and breakdown. That's non-negotiable on every project we run.
How do you handle international venues?
We have direct experience of major European, Middle Eastern and US venues, and vetted local partners for hall labour where required by venue rules.
What if we already have a stand supplier?
We can project-manage a stand you've had designed and built elsewhere - clean handover, clear scope, no politics.
How much does an exhibition stand cost in the UK?
For UK shows, most custom stands land between £8,000 for a compact 9m² modular scheme and £120,000+ for a bespoke 100m² double-decker build. Cost is driven by floor area, structural complexity, AV integration, storage/reuse strategy and freight - we'll give you a fixed quote against your brief before any design work starts.
How far in advance should we book our exhibition stand designer?
Ideally 4–6 months before your show for a custom build, or 8–12 weeks for a modular/reconfigured stand. Booking earlier locks in better freight rates, reduces rush-fees on print and lets us prototype interactive elements. We do take on shorter turnarounds when capacity allows.
Do you handle stand build, install and dismantle as well as design?
Yes - SRXPO is a design, deliver and build studio. One project manager owns your brief from concept through CAD, structural sign-off, print, on-site install, show-time support and dismantle. You don't hand off between a designer, a contractor and a logistics company.
Can you build stands that we reuse across multiple shows?
That's the default. We engineer for modularity - reconfigurable framework, swappable graphics, flat-pack freight, palletised storage - so your stand works at a 36m² regional show and a 72m² European flagship without a rebuild. Cost-per-show drops sharply after your second event.
Do you work with international exhibitors and overseas shows?
Yes. We regularly deliver into Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, the UAE and the US. Local hall regulations (Messe rules, DWTC compliance, US union labour, EU electrical standards) are designed in from concept, and we coordinate freight, on-site contractors and customs paperwork end to end.
Are your exhibition stands sustainable and reusable?
Every stand is engineered against a reuse-first brief: aluminium sub-frames over timber where possible, FSC-certified panels, LED-only lighting, recyclable graphics substrates and a documented storage plan. We report material re-use rate at project close so you can evidence it in ESG and Scope 3 disclosures.
