Our process

One team. Seven stages. No handoffs.

From first brief to final crate - same team, same weekly cadence.

Before we start

What a good brief looks like.

The projects that run smoothly are always the ones with a real brief. Six things worth working out before we speak.

Objectives

Objectives

What does a good show look like? Leads, meetings, launch coverage, buyer conversations - as measurable as you can make it.

Audience

Audience

Who specifically are you trying to reach? Named accounts, target sectors, seniority level.

Show details

Show details

Which show, which hall, which stand number, what size, what shape, what neighbours.

Budget

Budget

A real range, not a placeholder. We'll design to it - and tell you honestly what it will and won't stretch to.

Non-negotiables

Non-negotiables

Product must fit, meeting room must seat six, brand red must PMS-match. Say it up front.

Approvers

Approvers

Who signs off design, budget, timeline. The fewer surprises here, the faster the project moves.

How It Works

A process built on 25 years of shows.

From first sketch to final teardown - one team, four clear phases, no handoffs.

Brief & Concept

Typical timeline

How long does a stand actually take?

Every project is different - but this is a realistic view of the calendar for a mid-size custom stand from a cold start.

1–2 wks

Brief to concept

1–2 wks

Concept to sign-off

4–8 wks

Sign-off to build

Show week

Build to install

For modular reuse builds, timelines compress significantly. For overseas shows or complex reveals, allow extra runway. We'll tell you honestly at first call whether your date is realistic - or whether we should be starting somewhere different.

Client Voices

What our clients say.

01 / 03

The stand was the best-looking one in the hall and it drew the exact audience we needed. The SRXPO team ran the whole build without us lifting a finger.

Five shows in four countries in one season. Every stand landed on time, on brand and on budget. That kind of reliability is rare.

From the first concept sketch to breakdown at 10pm on the last day, they were the calmest people in the building. Stress-free is not a word I use lightly.
